Emily Lowther Brough joined the firm in 2013. Her practice focuses on real estate litigation, environmental litigation, administrative law, land-use disputes, property rights, and landlord-tenant matters. She also has substantial experience in writ and appellate practice.

Justin Goodman joined Zacks & Freedman, PC in 2014. His practice focuses on contract and real estate disputes/transactions and landlord-tenant law, with an emphasis on the Ellis Act and the Costa-Hawkins Rental Housing Act.
