Shoshana Raphael brings to Zacks, Freedman & Patterson extensive insight into California real estate law. Her practice covers a range of real estate matters including landlord-tenant, land use, and compliance issues as well as unlawful detainer actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Shoshana worked for the Sheik Law Firm in Los Angeles, where she represented clients in business and real estate disputes. In addition, in her role as a commercial property manager, she negotiated and drafted leases and oversaw property accounting records. While in Los Angeles, Shoshana was elected to the Studio City Neighborhood Council, which presents recommendations on land use, zoning, and other matters to the Los Angeles City Council.
Shoshana received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she completed a Concentration in International Law. During law school, she participated in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team and was Secretary of the Real Estate & Land Use Society.
