Gael Bizel-Bizellot's practice focuses on real estate transactions and dispute resolutions related among other areas to landlord-tenant law, Tenancy-in-Common (TIC), subdivisions, including condominium conversions, and real estate business formations. Gael Bizel-Bizellot represents clients in drafting residential and commercial leases, CC&Rs and TIC Agreements. She also represents clients with rent/eviction control issues such as Ellis Act evictions, OMI evictions, rent increase notices, and buy-out negotiations with tenants. Gael has extensive experience with TIC and HOA formations and dispute resolutions. She has successfully represented clients in resolving TIC or HOA disputes, including co-owners’ failure to refinance, to pay monthly assessments, to complete the condo conversion process, or to comply with the CC&Rs or TIC Agreement.

Gael Bizel-Bizellot also represents sellers or buyers with the sale or the purchase of real property (single family home, TIC interest, condominiums). She prepares all the necessary documents and disclosures for the transaction without charging a commission, resulting in significant savings for the parties, and facilitates the process by working directly with title companies and other necessary parties.

Gael Bizel-Bizellot has authored and co-authored articles for the Small Property Owners of San Francisco Institute (SPOSFI).
